Issue with ""Automatically Adding Subscription Filters to New Log Groups""

Description
When creating a new "test" Log Group, it does not get the automated Subscription Filter. Looking at Lambda logs for the same, I see that it fails with below error:
`Unable to import module 'lambda': No module named 'lambda'`
Please assist!
