Description
I want to pass in the user context into the action group so that I can personalise the action based on the user.
As per the documentation -- I couldn't find who would be the [user](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/lambda-parser.html) running the "agent"?
-- I looked at the traces and I don't have any specific leads as well.
Could someone point me to what i'm missing?

Research direction
Start with the linked AWS Bedrock Lambda parser documentation, then compare its user context details with the action group and trace behavior described in the issue. Determine whether the invoking user is exposed to the action group; done means documenting the supported way to access that context or clearly identifying the limitation.
