Reset Environment button seems not work for cross region dashboard

I clicked Reset Environment button after simulating LSE, but it didn't work. Client Traffic continues to run for secondary region.
Can I manually edit R53 record value to ALB in primary region so that I can rerun the single region test?

Check whether Client Traffic continues to target the secondary region after reset; done means the reset stops that traffic and permits a single-region rerun without manually editing the Route53 record.
