Support automation of certificate issuance for SANs present on `AWS::CertificateManager::Certificate` resource.

## 3. Expected behavior

Currently, only one record set is automatically created in the Route 53 hosted zone for a `AWS::CertificateManager::Certificate` resource that contains SANs, this record is created for the provided domain name. The SANs will be in "Pending validation" state.

Record sets will be created in Route 53 hosted zone for subject alternative names, in addition to the one that is created for the provided domain name.
