Description
Performing an update to AWS::EC2::VPNConnectionRoute resource triggers a Replacement behavior for this resource leading to issues for end consumers of this VPN connection.
Replacement behavior for changing VpnConnectionId property makes sense but customer should be able to perform update to DestinationCidrBlock property without replacement.
