[aws:client-vpn] - [Enhancement] - Propagate VPN tags to service-managed endpoint/cvpn-endpoint

Using AWS I was able to setup Client VPN and assign standart tags my project use. Howver, I see that any established connection for that VPN is without the tags I've established due which, in AWS cost I see this resource as untagged.
