[AWS::Scheduler::Schedule] - [Enhancement] - Implement console link to AWS Resource from "Resources" tab

See #139, it is currently missing support for this feature.

If you are using the Console and you check the "Resources" tab of your stack (which having a AWS::Scheduler::Schedule) you are not able to click on the click on the "Physical ID" - Normally this should be a link to the resource

Here is one example:

Start with the related issue #139 and the AWS::Scheduler::Schedule resource described here; the payload names no implementation files or tests. Trace the existing Resources-tab console-link behavior for comparable resources. Done means the Schedule Physical ID is rendered as a clickable link to its AWS resource in the CloudFormation console.
