### Description
When creating a Data Firehose delivery stream with a source as PostgreSQL/MySQL database, enable schema evolution option is available through AWS Console, CLI and SDKs.
However, this option is not currently supported in CloudFormation. The resource type `AWS::KinesisFirehose::DeliveryStream` does not support the `SchemaEvolutionConfiguration` property.
