[AWS::SES::ConfigurationSet] - [Coverage] - Associate MailManagerArchive

I don't see how to associate `AWS::SES::MailManagerArchive` to a `AWS::SES::ConfigurationSet`. You can do this in the web console.

### Expected Behavior

I expected to be able to associate it.

### Observed Behavior

I see no way to do this.

"An archive can contain a combination of both sent and received email:

Sent email archiving – When you send (outbound) email through a configuration set with the archiving option enabled, all email sent using that configuration set will be archived to the email archive you designate."
