Hello team,

The AWS::SNS::Subscription resource has "Region" property so that a region can be set other than the default/current region in which the stack is being managed/created. However, there is no option to set up a region for the redrive DLQ on the subscription. This is a valid usecase for customers to be able to set up a region for the redrive DLQ on the subscription, so please consider implementing the same. Had the AWS::SQS::Queue supported a way to be created in a region other than default region where stack is being created from, it can help with the situation.
