AWS StackSet OU limit per operation (in console) not documented

In the StackSet console, there is a limit on the amount of OU's that can be deployed to:

"You can add X more OUs":


This limit doesn't appear to be documented here `https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/account-level-targets.html`

The CLI command `update-stack-set` appears to work fine when deploying to > 10 OU's.

Start with the account-level-targets documentation page linked in the issue and compare it with the StackSet console behavior shown in the screenshot. Verify the console OU-per-operation limit and the CLI behavior for more than 10 OUs, then document the console limit and clarify whether it differs from the CLI.
