[AWS::Kendra::DataSource](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-kendra-datasource.html) does not support connectors which require a `TemplateConfiguration` object, and the SERVICENOW option currently creates a data source with the ServiceNow v1 connector.
Support for the v1 connector was [scheduled to end in 2023](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/kendra/latest/dg/data-source-servicenow.html). We'd like to be able to move to the v2 connector without abandoning CloudFormation.
