Currently, '[AWS::SageMaker::Domain Tags](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-sagemaker-domain.html#cfn-sagemaker-domain-tags)' update requires replacement.

However, it is possible to update the tags from Sage Maker console without having to replace the domain.

Requesting the feature to be made available from CloudFormation.
