For the Console and CLI:

Currently when re-running a StackSet update, you will need to manually enter all the values of the accounts, organizations, etc.

I would like to have a way for the deployment targets + regions to be added automatically based on the previous StackSet update, which will make deployments less error prone as it pulls it from the previous update.

This would be beneficial in the Console and the CLI.
