More GetAtt support for FSxONTAP SVMs

I would like to be able to use `Fn:GetAtt` to get more information about my SVM specifically around the endpoints.

I can build the DNS names for the SVM but it would also be good to be able to get the IP addresses for the endpoints.

Start with the AWS::FSx::StorageVirtualMachine resource and its existing Fn::GetAtt attributes. Check the CloudFormation resource documentation and the FSx ONTAP SVM endpoint details to determine which endpoint IP addresses are available. Done means the requested endpoint addresses can be retrieved through supported GetAtt attributes.
