### Description

Mainly for IAM and KMS policies it would be useful to have a pseudo parameter for the current OrgID, and while accounts can be [moved between Orgs ](https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/organizations-move-accounts) the changes in this value are actually the desired outcome for most of the cases, for example if I grant permission with Org as a condition I would always want the current OrgID so if it does change that's the expected behaviour.
