Description
An ECS Service deployed with CloudFormation does not recognize a failed deployment at all. It times out with an unconfigurable timeout in the range of hours.
I would expect the behaviour to be more like AutoScaling Groups. They roll back after a configurable amount of individual errors, but for now I would be fine with it rolling back at all, when even ECS has stopped retrying or at some more sensible timeout or number of retries.
