It is possible to add/remove/update Tags for `AWS::IAM:: ManagedPolicy` resource using AWS cli or AWS API,

It would be nice if we can create the Tags using the Cloudformation.

### Expected behavior

Able to set the Tags for `AWS::IAM:: ManagedPolicy` using CFT
