Automatic deployments is not adjustable for OUs, accounts, or Regions.

Specifically Automatic deployment doesn't set the region concurrency to "parallel".

Deployments will run concurrently for a single region. The deployment to next region starts only after all the deployment in previous region is completed. Also depending upon the type of resources that are to be created/Updated/Deleted, the completion time can take few minutes to hours.
