AWS::AutoScaling::AutoScalingGroup - UpdatePolicy-Pausetime

## 1. AWS::AutoScaling::AutoScalingGroup-UpdatePolicy-Pausetime

## 2. Scope of request
The Pausetime property of the UpdatePolicy attribute has a maximum value of 1 hour. It would be helpful if this could be extended to match the CreationPolicy attribute Timeout Property which has a maximum value of 12 hours.

## 3. Expected behavior
The UpdatePolicy Pausetime property has a maximum value of 12 hours
