At present, the BlueGreen hook assumes that the Load Balancer is created within the same stack as the ECS service. It requires the logical ID of the listener that will handle passing traffic to the service to be specified. It would be useful to be able to use this hook in cases where the Load Balancer is shared among multiple ECS services.
