Image builder Support on Cloud formation

### Description

I did not see cloud formation template help.
For example:- I have floating license setup file which we keep in S3 bucket. There is one more file or key in which need to enter when setup is complete. Go to help section in manage license click on it it will pop up wizard and We have to go manually and enter the Portno and Server IP in setup software.

How to make this happen automatically?
