Enable the option to remove the associated IAM role from the CloudFormation stack

### Description

Currently, if an IAM role is specified while creating the stack, it cannot be removed later[1]. The only option available is to change to IAM role.

**This Issue is to enable option to REMOVE the IAM role attached to the CFN stack.**
