No property exists for AWS::EC2::Instance to allow CFN customers to launch their instances with strictly IPBN or RBN dns hostnames. When launching an EC2 instance using console wizard there is a dropdown menu(Hostname type and DNS hostname), but no comparable property "PrivateDnsNamOptions" for CloudFormation template users.
