Hi!

When I want to import existing resources into a stack via the UI, I can't specify tags. The CLI allows me to do that.

We are enforcing tagging via an SCP so that every create-change-set request needs tags. So I basically can't use the UI to import resources. I have to use the CLI instead, which can become a bit tedious...

Please add tagging support. Ideally pre-load the existing tags from the stack.
