Description
### Name of the resource
AWS::CloudFront::PublicKey
### Resource name
_No response_
### Description
Currently Name is a mandatory field on this resource type.
Under normal circunstances references to it always refer to the Id and not Name.
For this purpose would be much more convenient if Name was an optional attribute of the resource and Cloudformation would dynamically name the resource if a custom name was not provided, which would allow easy replacement and parallel deployments.
### Other Details
I believe the same request applies also to AWS::CloudFront::KeyGroup
