Missing a Github Action workflow?
You [show](https://github.com/aws-cloudformation/cloudformation-cli-python-plugin/releases) 2.1.15 of the plugin is released but on [pypi](https://pypi.org/project/cloudformation-cli-python-plugin/) still only showing 2.1.6.
I am guessing a workflow is missing like [this](https://github.com/aws-cloudformation/cloudformation-cli/blob/master/.github/workflows/pypi-release.yaml) one.
