There is no documentation for how to interact with a sandbox environment

**Describe the content issue**:
For local development it is crucial to be able to see the data that you are creating, add new instances of a model and modify fields without having it linked to a crud command that is on the FE. Even a lamda function, how do you shell in a call it to test?

I am sure this is a capability but it is missing from all the pages referencing sandboxes in the gen2 docs!
