v1/v2 switcher appears on pages it shouldn't

**Describe the bug**
For SDK pages of mobile libraries ([Swift](https://docs.amplify.aws/swift/sdk/)/[Android](https://docs.amplify.aws/android/sdk/)), the v1/v2 switcher appears when it shouldn't.

**Expected behavior**
No switcher on SDK pages.

Start with the Swift SDK page at docs.amplify.aws/swift/sdk/ and the Android SDK page at docs.amplify.aws/android/sdk/, then trace how the v1/v2 switcher is selected for those routes. Done means the switcher no longer appears on either SDK page while remaining available where it is expected.
