amplify-category-video is deprecated

**Describe the bug**
The documentation page (https://docs.amplify.aws/cli/plugins/plugins/#third-party-plugins) lists official and third-party plugins. In the third-party list is an AWSLabs plugin amplify-category-video. This is now archived. It has apparently been replaced with https://github.com/MorFix/amplify-video however the owner of that repo has not enabled "Issues" so it is impossible to report any problems.

I appreciate that amplify-category-video was an AWSLabs plugin but it would have been helpful if AWS provided an official route forwards but that is outside of the scope of this documentation bug report :)
