Missing information about some of the arguments of `amplify pull` CLI command

**Describe the content issue**:
The current documentation lists several arguments that specify a generic `` (`--amplify`, `--frontend`, `--providers`, and `--categories`). This is not very helpful since it's unclear what the payload is. Is it a path to a JSON file? Is it a JSON string? Or maybe YAML? And I assume each payload is different. It would be really helpful to know what each payload is supposed to be with an example and an explanation of each various option.
