[Feedback] Environment import command needs much more info to be helpful

**Feedback**:

I found this import system confusing. Do I have to run a bash file every time I make a new back end in the console? Do I have to copy all those bash-ified JSON strings manually?

Why would I even have to include AWSCLOUDFORMATIONCONFIG if I'm just copying it from the local environment?

Would appreciate more info in the docs here, as I'm not sure how to do this relatively simple operation.
