Obsolete version of guide: "Exporting AppSync operations to a Lambda layer for easy reuse"

**Describe the content issue**:
This guide is using an old version of NodeJS. A new Lambda will most probably be developed using latest version of NodeJS so this layer would not work for new lambdas.
