[Feedback] Move bundler specific config to a central page

This page contains specific instructions that allows amplify to work with Vite/Vue. Since it is possible to use Vite without Vue, the config instructions would be better suited in a more central page that also lists instructions for other bundlers (Rollup, Esbuild etc)
