React Native Getting Started missing Java requirement

**Describe the content issue**:
A clear and concise description of what the content issue is. Is there content missing or is there incorrect content?

There is no mention to the version of Java that is required to set up a react-native project, if someone is on an old version (1.9) they will get errors when trying to start the project.

There is also no mention of the [environment setup](https://reactnative.dev/docs/environment-setup) from react-native which brings the user through important steps such as installing android studio/xcode and checking that emulators work
