[Feedback] Amplify CLI Commands Flags

I wish the CLI commands were better documented to show all possible flags.
Maybe they are I just don't have confidence in the documentation.

My largest frustration with AWS Amplify is I just want skip the wizards and directly supply a json or yaml file during initialization or inline command flags for the needed options, Is this possible?

eg.
```
amplify init --json-file my-app.json
```
