Add cookie backed auto redirect to either current or legacy docs

I began learning Amplify in the past couple of weeks and rely on google to help find answers to my questions. Frequently I'll reach a result that is in the legacy docs and I'll get confused by reading obsolete documents.

I would love to see an enhancement to the popup that shows either:
You are currently viewing the new GraphQL transformer v2 docs
[Looking for legacy docs?](https://docs.amplify.aws/cli-legacy/graphql-transformer/examples/)
or:
You are currently viewing the legacy GraphQL Transformer documentation.

It would have a checkbox - remember my choice, and then an automatic redirect would keep my focus on the desired edition.
