Add a content like awesome-aws-amplify for more tutorials and resources

As a user, I want to easily find more tutorials I'm looking for from the official website so that I can try Amplify to build an app based on a tutorial.

Turned out @dabit3's [awesome-aws-amplify](https://github.com/dabit3/awesome-aws-amplify) repository was quite helpful and having a similar content in this repository would help more developers to access to the information they are looking for.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Putting a link of [awesome-aws-amplify](https://github.com/dabit3/awesome-aws-amplify) on the official website would also help developers to solve the same problem and can be more quick solution than making new page.
