Description
### On which framework/platform would you like to see this feature implemented?
React
### Which UI component is this feature-request for?
Liveness
### Please describe your feature-request in detail.
As title, furthermore the oval where the face goes isn't there instead it's the entirety of the users camera. Only when you move far away enough does the oval come in and the facial recognition actually starts.

### Please describe a solution you'd like.
If the starting point is the user being too close to the camera, the oval should still be there and the prompt should say "move further away" or "move away" or something else but it shouldn't say move closer.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the behavior in the React Liveness component with the person very close to the camera, then trace how the face-position state selects the oval and prompt. Done means the oval is visible in the too-close state and the prompt tells the user to move away rather than move closer.
