When resetting authentication settings containing social provider this does not reset the fields.

### Reproduction steps

1. create an authentication resource with social provider
2. click `reset authentication settings and users`
3. observe the creds still present

Reproduce the issue by creating an authentication resource with a social provider, then using “reset authentication settings and users” and observing which credentials remain. Trace the reset action in the authentication settings UI; done means all social-provider fields are cleared and behavior aligns with Amplify CLI when removing a Cognito resource.
