Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
As a local content manager like the persona ["local restaurant owner"](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/aws-amplify-admin-ui-helps-you-develop-app-backends-no-cloud-experience-required/), I want to use AdminUI in different language so that I can deliver content to production without mistakes.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Integrating language options and internationalization would be unblocker to the situation. Currently, Admin UI doesn't seem to have the language select on footer that the other AWS management console pages have. I'm sharing the below screenshot as an idea where we can put the select input.

**Additional context**
I heard from developers who works at Web design agency in Japan that Admin UI seems to fit for needs that CMS covers and I heard. At the same time, people say that they cannot use Admin UI for their client works yet because lack of the language supports. In fact, some of web site agencies in Japan uses microCMS(see also [https://microcms.io/](https://microcms.io/)) that supports Japanese.
Hope this helps service improvement :)
