The user management user pagination(selecting) does not paginate to new list, if we traverse back from a group.

paginate correctly

### Reproduction steps

1. create auth resource
2. create users, around 20 or more
3. create a group
4. add users to group
5. refresh the page
6. go back to user management and try to go to new page
7. the list doesnt change

Reproduce the issue in the user management flow using the listed steps, especially returning from a group after refreshing with 20 or more users. Trace the pagination state when navigating back from a group and verify that selecting another page displays a different user list.
