**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When going through the iOS test flow, there is only the option for SwiftUI in the Framework/Language dropdown. The Admin UI should include UIKit as it is the moat popular framework for iOS development and will continue to be relevant for the next 5 years.

UIKit option from the Framework/Language dropdown that includes relevant code snippets.
