Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Our company has moved to using Azure DevOps mainly for the Azure Boards and Azure Pipeline features. To keep things simple we have started to migrate our Github repos to Azure Repos. Many of our applications are using AWS Amplify and CD with Amplify console through Github. We are investigating and finding no clear way to connect them to the Amplify console once moved to Azure Repos.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Azure Repos supports web hooks just like GitHub and may be able to be added as a provider on the amplify hosting console.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
A less preferable but alternative is to add the Amplify CLI to the AWS Toolkit for Azure DevOps. Then we could use azure pipelines to achieve a similar experience.

**Additional context**
Any solution or workaround to provide my team for this would help save AWS Amplify from becoming an incompatible tool with the business decisions.
