### Describe the bug

The bug started when I updated a DynamoDB table with AWS CLI using "batchWrite". Amplify Data Manager created this DynamoDB table, but I chose to seed data using the CLI instead.

### Expected behavior

Should not see the loading spinner forever.

### Reproduction steps

1. Login to AWS Console
2. Select Amplify
3. Should be routed to Amlify home page with all apps
4. Should see a loading spinner stuck forever

### Code Snippet

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue through AWS Console > Amplify after updating the Amplify Data Manager DynamoDB table with AWS CLI batchWrite. Inspect the browser behavior and available logs around the Amplify home-page loading flow; done means the app list loads instead of showing an indefinite spinner.
