### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Would be great to get similar functionality as Vercel comments, super simple, can be more basic than vercel, just the ability to leave notes on the page at locations on pages.

Doesnt need to have all the features vercel has (emails, toggles, etc..) just basic page wise note placement
