Support for viewing/editing tags in Amplify hosting console

Hello Team,

Currently amplify supports adding tags to its resources using amplify CLI -> https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/mobile/organizing-your-aws-resources-using-tags-with-the-amplify-cli/

We would like to have a feature where in,
1. Be able to view all the tags in the amplify console similar to other AWS Services.
(Currently, we can view tags generated by amplify only on the amplify generated resource's console. For example, Lambda console. However, we would like to view all the tags created by amplify in one place i.e in the amplify console)
3. Tag editor option to edit/modify the tags in amplify console.

Start by reviewing the Amplify CLI tagging reference and the existing Amplify console resource views mentioned in the issue. Determine how all Amplify-created resource tags could be surfaced in one console location and how tag editing should work. Done means users can view and modify the relevant tags in the Amplify console.
