### Question

When I deploy one page in all html, there are no issues.

any idea why with php files browser us not able to display the site

Research direction

Review the one-click deployment behavior for the named html.index and submit.php files, starting with whether PHP execution is supported by Amplify Hosting. Reproduce the reported styling error with the described contact form; done means either identifying the deployment failure and its fix or clearly documenting the hosting limitation.
