Console always shows a guide while clicking ‘Deploy to AWS’ to ap-east-1

I think it's the issue of ap-east-1 while ap-northeast-1 and ap-northeast-1 are both OK

Start by reproducing the issue from Amplify Studio with “Deploy to AWS” in ap-east-1, then compare the flow with the working regions mentioned in the report. Done means ap-east-1 reaches the app name setting page instead of continually showing the guide; the issue names no source files or tests to inspect.
