App stucks on "Retrieving deployment details..." after drag&drop deployment.

Drag&drop deployment works well right after creating new app but stucks forever on message "Retrieving deployment details..." after some number of deployments

### Expected behavior

Successfully completed deployment

### Reproduction steps

In my case I just create an app then update it about 10 times by drag&dropping zip-build (or folder) then it stuck
